Every appointment ends with a short, realistic morning-and-night routine built for a school week, not a bathroom shelf of products. Parents are welcome to sit in throughout.

From 13 up to 19. The protocol adapts to the skin in the chair: early congestion at thirteen is treated differently to established breakouts at nineteen. For under-16s we ask that a parent or guardian is present in the clinic.

A single session is £150 and a course of three is £405, at both our Cobham and Wimbledon clinics. LED light therapy can be added for £50 where your therapist believes it will genuinely help. We will always say honestly whether one session or a course fits the skin better.
No downtime at all. Skin can look faintly flushed for an hour after the appointment, and that is the whole story: school, sport and photographs the next day are completely fine.
Always, and for a first visit we encourage it, so you hear the same advice your teenager does. The session takes about an hour, and many parents sit in once and then wait with a coffee for later visits.
Yes, and more come every month. Congested, oily skin does not care about gender. The appointment is private, the advice is short and practical, and nobody leaves with a routine they will not keep.
