The Hydrafacial range, explained simply

Every Hydrafacial follows the same principle: cleanse, exfoliate, extract and then flood the skin with serums chosen for it. The grades add depth rather than change the idea. Deluxe (£200) is the classic; Platinum (£250) adds lymphatic drainage; Wet Diamond (£250) works a diamond tip into the exfoliation stage; and the Ultimate (£350) combines the lot across a full 75 minutes. Courses of three bring each price down, and LED light therapy can be added to any of them for £50.

The Fire and Ice facial (£200, about 45 minutes) is the famous one: an intensive resurfacing mask followed by a cooling, calming one, smoothing the skin and softening fine lines with no downtime to plan around. The Advanced Fusion Facial (£300) pairs that peel with a Hydrafacial Deluxe for the fullest glow on the menu. The Foaming Enzyme facial uses papaya and pineapple enzymes with glycolic acid to gently exfoliate and deep-cleanse, and the Cancer Care Harmony Facial is a soothing treatment developed for clients going through cancer care, restoring balance and deeply hydrating fragile skin.

Peels, for skin that needs more than a facial

Peels reach what facials cannot. The Obagi Blue Peel Radiance (£150) is a superficial salicylic peel that brightens dull, uneven skin with minimal fuss. The ZO Skin Health Stimulator and Restorative peels (£270 each) work harder on texture, tone and sun damage, and are usually planned as a course of three. Your therapist will talk you through preparation and what your skin will do in the days afterwards before anything touches your face.

Teenagers are welcome here

The Teenage Hydrafacial (£150, ages 13 to 19) is one of the quiet successes of the Cobham clinic. Congested, hormonal skin responds well to professional cleansing and extraction, and an hour with a therapist who takes their skin seriously often does more for a teenager’s confidence than a shelf of products. Parents are welcome to sit in, and we keep the routine advice realistic for a school week.
