I have some big news to share. Face and Fillers has rebranded, and from now on you'll know us as Wellface. If you've been coming to us for lip filler, Profhilo, Secret Pro or a regular top-up of anti-wrinkle treatment, nothing about the care you receive is going anywhere. The faces you know, the standards you trust and the treatments you book are all still here. What's changed is the name above the door and the size of the idea behind it.

A rebrand can feel like a lot of fuss over a word. For us it's the opposite. The new name reflects something we've been building towards for a while, which is a way of looking after our patients that goes beyond the surface of the skin. We've grown. We have more doctors, more expertise and a genuine appetite to care for our patients (and their families) in a fuller, more joined-up way. Wellface is the name that finally fits.

So here's what the change means, why we chose it, and what you can expect the next time you walk through the door in Cobham, Esher or Wimbledon.

What's changing, and what's staying exactly the same

Let's clear up the most important question first, because it's the one I've been asked most. Has the clinic changed? No. The same doctors are treating the same patients with the same care. Your notes, your treatment plans and your relationship with your practitioner all carry over. If you had a review booked as Face and Fillers, you'll be seen as Wellface, in the same room, by the same person.

What's actually changing is the scope of what we offer. We've always seen facial aesthetics as our specialism, the thing we do day in and day out to a very high standard. That remains our core. On top of that core we're adding services that look after your broader health and wellbeing, so that Wellface becomes somewhere you can turn to for more than the occasional treatment.

Think of it as an expansion rather than a pivot. The aesthetics side isn't being watered down or pushed aside to make room. It's the foundation everything else is built on. We simply reached a point where our patients were asking us about far more than their skin, and we had the doctors and the knowledge to answer properly. The new name gives us the room to do that.

Why the name Wellface

Naming a clinic is harder than it looks. Face and Fillers described exactly what we did when we started, and it served us well. But over time it became a slightly narrow description of a clinic that had grown into something broader. Fillers are one of many treatments we offer, and increasingly they're one part of a much bigger conversation about how someone looks and feels.

Wellface brings together the two ideas that matter most to us. There's the face, which is where our clinical expertise sits and where most of our patients first come to us. And there's wellness, the sense that looking your best and feeling your best are the same project, not two separate ones. Good skin rarely exists in isolation. Sleep, stress, hormones, nutrition and general health all show up on the face eventually, and treating the outside without any thought for the inside only ever gets you so far.

The name is a small promise, really. It says we care about the whole person in front of us, not just the lines on their forehead or the volume in their lips. That's the direction we're heading, and we wanted a name honest enough to point that way.

Facial aesthetics is still what we do best

Because the news is about growth, it's worth being clear about the treatments that made us who we are. They aren't going anywhere, and if anything they've been refined further as our team has expanded.

Our injectable work covers anti-wrinkle treatment for expression lines, dermal fillers for lips, cheeks and jawline definition, and non-surgical rhinoplasty for reshaping the nose without surgery. We offer Profhilo and polynucleotides for skin quality, hydration and that lit-from-within look that no makeup can quite fake. Skin boosters and Aquagold sit alongside those for patients who want a subtle, all-over improvement rather than anything dramatic.

On the device side, Secret Pro and Morpheus8 use radiofrequency and microneedling to tighten and remodel from within, which suits patients thinking about texture, laxity and the early signs of ageing. We also work with laser and energy-based platforms for pigmentation, redness and resurfacing, plus treatments like Hydrafacial, skin peels and PRP for skin health, and Aqualyx for stubborn pockets of fat. Underpinning all of it is a considered approach to medical-grade skincare, because the products you use at home decide how well your in-clinic results hold up.

The point of listing all this isn't to show off the menu. It's to reassure you that the treatments you rely on are still here, still delivered by doctors, and still held to the standard you'd expect from a medical clinic rather than a beauty counter.

A more holistic way of looking after you

Here's the part I'm genuinely excited about. For years, patients have sat in the treatment chair and, somewhere between the numbing cream and the mirror, started talking about everything else. Tiredness that won't lift. Skin that flares when life gets stressful. Questions about hormones, energy, weight, sleep and the general business of feeling well. These conversations kept happening because people trust the doctors they already see, and it felt natural to ask.

We want to be able to answer those questions properly rather than sending people elsewhere. That's what holistic care means to me. Not a vague wellness buzzword, but joining the dots between how you look and how you actually feel, and treating the two as connected. A patient chasing better skin might get more from addressing sleep or nutrition than from another treatment. Someone who feels run-down often sees it in their complexion long before anywhere else. When the same clinic can look at both, the advice gets better.

What I can say now is that the ambition is to look after you, and where it makes sense your family too, in a way that considers general health and wellbeing rather than one isolated concern at a time. One of the reasons we've been able to grow is our team. Wellface was founded by Dr Yasmin Tayeb, and she's built a group of doctors who share the same careful, patient-first way of working. Dr Yosra Albeyatti, myself, Dr Bianca Coveva, Dr Olivia McCormack and Dr Hannah Sunley each bring our own expertise, and it's that combined depth of knowledge that makes the move towards broader health care possible.

Being doctor-led has always mattered here, and it matters even more as we widen what we offer. Aesthetic medicine and general health both call for proper clinical judgement, the kind that comes from medical training rather than a weekend course. When you're advised to have a treatment, or told that you don't need one, that opinion carries the weight of a doctor who has assessed you honestly. As Wellface takes on more, that principle stays fixed.

Common questions about the rebrand

Do I need to do anything now that Face and Fillers is Wellface?

No. Your bookings, treatment history and relationship with your practitioner all carry across automatically. You don't need to re-register or start again. The only difference you'll notice is the new name.

Are the same doctors still treating patients?

Yes. The team you've come to know is unchanged, and we've added expertise rather than replaced anyone. If you have a preferred doctor, you can still request to see them.

Will the prices or treatments change because of the rebrand?

The treatments you already book remain available and are delivered exactly as before. The rebrand is about adding services over time, not removing the aesthetics work that has always been our foundation. We'll share full detail on any new services as they launch.

What does 'holistic' actually mean at Wellface?

For us it means treating the whole person rather than a single concern in isolation. Skin, health, energy and general wellbeing are connected, and holistic care simply means we consider those links when we advise you, rather than looking only at the surface.
