Inside Wellface Cobham: A First Look at Our New Flagship Clinic

There is a particular kind of excitement that comes from watching an empty shell slowly turn into something you have pictured for months. When I walked through the site in the first week of April, the change was obvious. Where there had been scaffolding and mesh, there were finally walls. A display unit taking shape. A waiting room beginning to feel like a room rather than a plan on paper. And a firm date circled in the diary.

Wellface Cobham, our new flagship branch, opens on Wednesday 24 April. I will be there from the very first day, seeing my own patients, and appointments are already being booked. This post is a proper look at what we are building in Cobham, why we have made the choices we have, and what the new space means for anyone in Surrey who has been waiting for a doctor-led clinic closer to home.

If you have followed the journey on Instagram, you will have seen the progress in short bursts. Here we can slow down and explain the detail, because a clinic is far more than four walls and a nice sign above the door.

A tour of the new Cobham clinic

Step through the entrance and the first thing you meet is the display area, still to be skimmed and finished at the time of filming, but already giving a sense of the space. From there, a wall leads through into the waiting room, which is the heart of the front of house. On the left sits the coffee station, because the small comforts matter. Aesthetic appointments are not something to be rushed through, and a proper place to sit with a coffee before or after your treatment is part of how a visit should feel.

Beyond the waiting area are three dedicated clinic rooms. During filming the builders were still inside, working through the finer points of lighting, doors and where everything sits, so I left them to it. Those three rooms are what allow us to run more treatments, more comfortably, with a growing team of doctors and practitioners rather than a single busy diary.

The part that has taken the longest is the part you are least likely to notice, and that is deliberate. Look up in the new clinic and you will see the ventilation and air conditioning units threaded through the ceiling. This is not a small detail. The system is designed so that the air is renewed every couple of hours, keeping the environment fresh, comfortable and clean for every patient who walks in. In a medical setting, air quality is not a luxury. It is one of those quiet foundations that lets everything else feel calm and considered.

Why Cobham, and why a flagship

Cobham sits neatly between our other Surrey and south west London locations, and it gives us the room to do things properly. Calling it a flagship is not marketing language for the sake of it. It reflects the fact that this branch has been built from the ground up around how modern aesthetic medicine actually works: multiple treatment rooms, room for a full clinical team, the equipment to deliver energy-based and injectable treatments under one roof, and the infrastructure to keep it all running to a high standard.

For patients in Cobham, Oxshott, Stoke d'Abernon and the surrounding villages, it also means genuinely local access to treatments that previously meant a longer drive. Hydrafacial

Hydrafacial is a medical-grade facial that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin in a single session using a patented vortex tip. It works in stages: lifting away dead skin cells and debris, gently extracting congestion from the pores, then flooding the skin with hydrating and antioxidant serums. There are no needles and no downtime, which is why so many people book it before an event or simply as regular skin maintenance. Most patients leave with visibly brighter, smoother skin and can return straight to their day, makeup included. It suits almost every skin type, which makes it a good starting point for anyone new to professional skincare.

Morpheus8

Morpheus8 is a device that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Fine needles deliver controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin, prompting the body to remodel collagen and tighten tissue over the following weeks and months. It is used to soften fine lines, refine skin texture, tighten mild laxity along the jaw and neck, and improve the appearance of certain types of scarring. Because it works at depth, results build gradually rather than appearing overnight, and a short course is often recommended for the best outcome. There is usually some redness and a little swelling for a day or two afterwards, which most people find very manageable.

Face and body treatments

Bringing face and body treatments into Cobham means the clinic can address more than the face alone. The same technologies that improve skin quality, tone and firmness on the face can be applied to areas such as the neck, decolletage, arms and abdomen. It reflects a shift in how patients think about aesthetics, treating skin as one continuous canvas rather than stopping at the jawline. The injectable and skin-quality treatments Wellface is known for

The new treatments join the core of what Wellface already does across its branches. Profhilo, mentioned in the reel's caption and a firm favourite through the drier winter months, is an injectable treatment made from highly concentrated hyaluronic acid. Rather than adding volume like a traditional filler, it spreads through the skin to boost hydration and stimulate collagen and elastin, improving skin quality and that lit-from-within firmness. It is a popular choice for skin that has started to look a little crepey or dehydrated.

Polynucleotides sit in a similar category of skin-quality treatments. Derived from purified DNA fragments, they help repair and rejuvenate the skin from within, improving elasticity and tone and calming inflammation. They are particularly useful around the delicate under-eye area and for skin that needs regenerating rather than filling.

Alongside these, the clinic offers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, microneedling and medical-grade skincare, all delivered by doctors. The thread running through everything is restraint. Good aesthetic medicine should look like you on a very good day, not like you have had something done.
