Wellface Opens the Doors to Its New Esher Home: Join Us on Monday 29th September

There are certain dates worth circling in the diary, and for everyone at Wellface, Monday 29th September is one of them. We are moving to a brand-new home in Esher, and we are marking the occasion with a launch event that we would genuinely love you to be part of. In this video, Dr Amina Albeyatti, doctor at Wellface, invites you along and shares what to expect on the night.

A new clinic is more than a change of address. It is a chance to create a space that reflects how we like to look after people: calm, considered and doctor-led from the moment you walk in. The Esher move gives us more room, more comfort and a setting that does justice to the treatments we offer. So rather than quietly turn the key and get on with it, we decided to throw the doors open and invite you in.

Below is a proper look at what the evening holds, what you can expect from the new space, and how the treatments on show actually work. If you have been curious about aesthetics but never quite known where to start, an evening like this is one of the easiest and most relaxed ways to find out more.

A new chapter for Wellface in Esher

Esher has always been close to our hearts, and the new premises let us do a great deal more for the people who visit us there. Wellface is a doctor-led aesthetics clinic, which means every treatment plan is built on a proper medical understanding of the face, the skin and how they change over time. A larger, purpose-designed clinic simply makes that easier to deliver, with comfortable treatment rooms and a welcoming reception that feels a world away from a clinical waiting room.

The Esher branch joins our clinics in Cobham and Wimbledon, so wherever you are in Surrey and the surrounding area, there is a Wellface within easy reach. The same doctors, the same standards and the same honest approach to what will and will not suit you, now with a fresh space to match.

Moving is also a good moment to reflect on why we do things the way we do. We are not interested in selling you the most treatments. We are interested in helping you look like a well-rested version of yourself, with results that hold up in daylight and in photographs. The new clinic is built around that idea.

What to expect on the night

The launch event on Monday 29th September is designed to be relaxed and social rather than a hard sell. Think of it as an open evening where you can see the clinic, meet the team and get a real sense of how we work before you ever commit to anything.

Here is what the evening will include:

  • Live treatment demonstrations, so you can see exactly what a procedure involves rather than trying to picture it
  • Expert skincare advice from the team, with the chance to ask the questions you have always wanted answered
  • Exclusive, event-only offers on selected treatments
  • Drinks, canapés and good company as you look around the new space

There will be a number of brands and partner accounts joining us on the night too, which means plenty to see and plenty of expertise in one room. We will be carrying out a range of treatments at heavily discounted, event-only prices so you can watch them in action and understand what they can do.

If you have ever felt unsure about walking into a clinic, this is the gentle way in. You can watch, listen, ask and take everything in at your own pace, with no pressure to book anything on the night.

Why live demonstrations are so useful

Reading about a treatment and seeing it are two very different things. When you watch a demonstration, you get an honest sense of how quick a treatment really is, how comfortable the person having it looks, and what the immediate result is. Half of the nerves people carry into a first appointment come from not knowing what to expect. A live demo quietly answers most of those questions before you have even asked them.

It also lets you see the difference between treatments that overlap in people's minds. Anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, Profhilo and skin boosters all sound vaguely similar from the outside, yet they do very different jobs. Seeing them side by side makes the distinctions obvious.

The treatments you might see on show

Wellface offers a broad menu of non-surgical treatments, and while the final line-up for the evening will be confirmed closer to the date, it helps to understand the main categories so you know what you are looking at.

Injectable treatments

Anti-wrinkle injections relax the small muscles responsible for lines across the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. The effect settles in over a couple of weeks and softens expression lines rather than freezing the face. Dermal fillers work differently, using hyaluronic acid gels to restore volume that has been lost over the years, refine the shape of the lips or cheeks, and support areas that have started to flatten.

Profhilo sits in its own category. Rather than adding shape, it delivers a high concentration of hyaluronic acid that spreads through the skin to improve hydration, firmness and overall quality. Polynucleotides and skin boosters follow a similar philosophy, working beneath the surface to help the skin behave more like it did when it was younger. Aquagold is a lovely example of this too, using tiny needles to deliver a bespoke blend of ingredients across the whole face for a fresh, glowing finish.

Skin and resurfacing treatments

For texture, tone and the signs of sun damage, energy-based devices do the heavy lifting. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and remodel the skin from within, which is why it is so popular for the lower face and jawline. BBL Hero and MOXI target pigmentation, redness and dullness, refreshing the complexion with very manageable downtime. For more significant resurfacing, CO2 laser through the Secret Pro system can make a real difference to deeper lines and scarring.

Gentler options include Hydrafacial, which cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates in one comfortable session, along with medical-grade skin peels, microneedling and PRP, which uses a component of your own blood to encourage the skin to repair itself. Treatments such as Aqualyx are used to reduce small, stubborn pockets of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise.

You will not need every one of these, and part of the value of the evening is being told honestly which few might actually suit you. Dr Amina Albeyatti would far rather recommend one well-chosen treatment than a long list you do not need.

Making the most of an event-only offer

Event evenings are one of the few times you will see genuinely reduced prices on selected treatments, which makes them a smart moment to try something you have been considering. A word of practical advice, though. The best results come from treatments chosen for your face rather than for the discount, so use the evening to have a proper conversation first.

If you are tempted by an offer, it is worth thinking about timing. Some treatments involve a little redness or swelling for a day or two afterwards, so it helps to book when you do not have a big event the very next morning. The team can talk you through the aftercare for anything you are interested in, including how long results tend to last and when you might want a top-up. Coming with a rough idea of what bothers you, whether that is tired-looking eyes, a heavier jawline or dull skin, helps us point you in the right direction quickly.

How to secure your spot

Spaces at the launch are limited, and the easiest way to get all the details is to let us know you are interested. Comment the word "Wellface" on the reel and we will send everything you need straight to your direct messages, including timings and how to reserve your place. The team, including Zoe, will be replying personally, so do ask if you have any questions.

You can also call us on 01932 690800 or send us a direct message to secure your spot. If you would rather get ahead and book a treatment now, the booking link is available in the video. However you choose to reach us, we will make sure you have everything you need before the night.

Common questions about the Esher launch event

Do I have to book a treatment to attend?

Not at all. The evening is open and relaxed, and you are very welcome simply to come along, look around the new clinic, watch the demonstrations and chat to the team. There is no obligation to book anything, though the event-only offers will be there if something catches your eye.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Aesthetics is much more enjoyable when you can talk it through with someone you trust, and it makes for a lovely evening out. Just let us know when you reserve your place so we can make sure there is room for both of you.

What if I am completely new to aesthetics?

Then this is arguably the perfect place to start. You can learn at your own pace, see treatments carried out in front of you and ask all the beginner questions without feeling rushed. Dr Amina Albeyatti is used to guiding people through their very first steps and will always be honest about what you do and do not need.

Where exactly is the new clinic?

The new home is in Esher, joining our existing clinics in Cobham and Wimbledon. Once you comment "Wellface" or get in touch, we will send you the full address along with all the timings for the evening.

Are the event offers available afterwards?

The special pricing is tied to the launch evening itself, which is part of what makes it worth attending in person. If you cannot make the date, still get in touch, as the team can talk you through your options and help you plan a visit to whichever clinic suits you best.
