Secret RF, explained

When PRO earns its name

Secret PRO adds a fractional CO2 laser to the same platform, and with it the most complete answer we have to sun damage, established lines and acne scarring: RF remodelling from below, laser resurfacing from above, layered within a single treatment plan. Not everyone needs both, and plenty of Cobham clients are best served by RF alone. The balance between the two is your practitioner’s call to make with you at consultation, based on your skin rather than the brochure.

Comfort and downtime

Numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most clients describe warmth and pressure rather than pain. Afterwards, expect a day or two of redness following RF sessions, and a few days more of recovery where CO2 resurfacing is involved, all planned openly around your diary so nothing catches you out. An exosomes add-on at £400 is available to speed recovery and enhance renewal for those who want the healing window as short as possible.

The course, and what it costs

A course of three sessions, spaced several weeks apart, delivers the best results, though many clients see improvement after the first. Face and neck is £950 per session, or £2,450 for the course of three; the CO2 laser is £1,100 per treatment. Every plan includes your initial 45-minute consultation and a complimentary four-week review, so results are judged against photographs at each stage rather than left to impression. And if a single session is genuinely enough for your goals, your practitioner will say so.

Who it suits, and when to start

Choose Secret when laxity, scarring or texture is the concern and injectables are not the answer. For most clients that moment arrives from the late thirties onwards, as collagen loss starts to show at the jaw and lower face; for acne scarring it can be considerably earlier. If you are unsure whether your skin needs remodelling, resurfacing or something gentler entirely, that is precisely the question the consultation exists to answer.

Wellface Cobham sits on the High Street among the cafés and boutiques, with parking nearby, and the diary runs until 8pm from Monday to Thursday, with Saturdays until 5pm. Since a Secret course spans several visits over a few months, having the clinic fold into ordinary village errands makes the whole plan easier to keep.
