Having a baby changes a great deal, and looking after yourself can slip quietly down the list. The mums we meet want to feel rested, feel like themselves, and do one thing that is just for them. We would love to help you do exactly that.
Pregnancy also asks a lot of the skin. Collagen and elastin fibres stretch to make room for a growing baby, and afterwards skin can feel softer and looser, particularly after more than one pregnancy. That comes down to the structure of the skin, and there is plenty we can do to help.

PROFHILO®
A lightweight hyaluronic acid treatment that hydrates and stimulates collagen and elastin, improving texture, tone and elasticity. Most often two treatments are needed.
Skin boosters
An internal moisturiser for dull, tired-looking skin: tiny injections of lightweight hyaluronic acid gel. Results develop over four weeks and can last up to nine months.
SKINVIVE™
Tiny microdroplets of hyaluronic acid placed within the skin for hydration, smoothness and glow, while your features stay exactly as they are.
Anti-wrinkle treatment
Softens lines and wrinkles for a fresher look. Your treatment includes a review after two weeks, with a free top-up dose at that review if required.
Your body: crepey skin and skin tightening
RF microneedling with Morpheus8 delivers radiofrequency energy through fine needles into the deeper skin, encouraging it to remodel and thicken as new collagen forms. On the body, the needles can reach deeper than on the face. Numbing cream goes on first, and results build over roughly six to twelve weeks across a course of sessions. Sculptra for the body works more gradually, prompting your own collagen for firmer, smoother skin. Galderma, the maker, describes it for the arms, thighs, buttocks and décolletage. Body areas generally need more product than the face, and your doctor plans this with you.
These treatments suit mild to moderate laxity, and your practitioner will guide you to the best route for your skin.
Where the gym work needs an extra boost
Some areas can stay stubborn after a baby, however consistent you are. Emsculpt Neo can give your workouts an extra boost. In a 30-minute session, lying back, HIFEM+ energy induces deep muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through voluntary exercise, while synchronised radiofrequency heats the tissue.
