Your appointment, start to finish

Allow 30 to 45 minutes for a first visit. It starts as a conversation: what you have noticed changing, what you want to avoid, how your face moves when you speak and smile. If treatment is right for you it can usually go ahead in the same appointment; the injections take five to fifteen minutes, photographs are taken for your record, and your review is booked for two weeks’ time, where any top-up is placed free of charge. Results build from day four to ten, are complete by day fourteen, and last three to five months.

When to start

There is no right age, only the right reason: when lines begin to linger after your expression has passed. For many people that is the late twenties to mid thirties. A consultation carries no obligation to treat, and Dr Yasmin will say so honestly if she thinks you do not need it yet. Prevention is easier than correction, but neither is worth doing before your face asks for it.
