How microneedling works
The controlled micro-injuries created by the fine needles switch the skin into repair mode: fibroblasts produce fresh collagen and elastin, cell turnover accelerates, and over the following weeks texture smooths, scars soften and pores refine. Because the channels also carry actives deep into the skin, the treatment amplifies whatever is applied with it – which is why we so often pair it with regenerative medicine.

After a full consultation and skin assessment, numbing cream is applied for comfort. The treatment itself takes around 30 minutes; your skin may look flushed for a day or two afterwards, similar to mild sunburn, with the collagen benefits building over the following 4 to 6 weeks – when we review your progress together.
