Galderma reports that 97% of patients saw firmer skin on the body one year after treatment, and that improvements in firmness and smoothness are still visible a year on. These are figures for the body, not specifically the décolletage, and individual results vary.
Three concerns, three honest answers
Crepey lines
Fine, creased skin that can look like tissue paper. This is the concern Sculptra speaks to most directly, because it comes down to the strength of the skin, and strength is what new collagen and elastin support.
Sun-aged texture
Rough, tired-looking skin after years of exposure. Sculptra may help smoothness over time, and your doctor may also suggest the Ultimate Hydrafacial, which covers the face, neck and décolletage.
Uneven colour
Sculptra’s stated goals are firmness, smoothness and contour, so it is not aimed at sun spots or patchy colour. If that is your main concern, say so, and your doctor can advise on a better route.

What a course for the chest involves
Consultation
A doctor examines the skin across your chest, asks about your sun history and previous treatments, and explains what Sculptra can and cannot change.
Vials

Sessions
Galderma describes a typical course of around three sessions over several months. Each appointment takes about 45 minutes, and your plan is built around you.
Aftercare
Your doctor may prescribe a short massage routine. Avoid strong sun while any redness and swelling settle.

What you can expect is a slow build. Any early fullness is fluid and swelling, and the real change develops over months as new collagen forms, so it is worth judging your result at review rather than in the first few weeks.
Worth knowing first
Sculptra cannot be dissolved like a hyaluronic acid filler, so careful planning matters. Swelling, tenderness, bruising and redness can occur and settle, and lumps or nodules can develop later. As with any injectable, rare vascular complications are possible, and our doctors work to emergency protocols.
