"Is It Normal?" The Question Women Ask Most About Their Own Bodies
Across every age and life stage, one question comes up more than any other in women's health: "Is this normal?" Dr Amina Albeyatti explains why so many women feel awkward asking, what really counts as normal when it comes to periods, discharge, intimacy and pelvic health, and when a symptom is worth a proper conversation with a doctor.

What's the most common question women ask you all the time about women's health? Is it normal? That's the main question.
Women are so awkward in that area. We find it uncomfortable to talk about even during childbirth, after childbirth, and everything is normal. It's just there sometimes there are things we can do to tweak it to make it more healthy and more comfortable.
But, you know, normality is mainly the main question. From teenage girls all the way to women post-menopause, that's the main question.
