Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: How Filler Reshapes the Nose Without Surgery

Hi guys, a couple of months ago I posted a photo of one of my patients who came in for non-surgical rhinoplasty and with fillets. So this treatment doesn't actually make the nose any smaller but what it does do is that we can mask small areas of the nose, contour the nose, the way the light touches the nose to make the nose look more lifted, more contoured, more perky and actually more beautiful and in essence make it look a little bit smaller as well. So for this lovely lady, she's beautifully young and she had quite a strong bump at the top of her nose and the tip of the nose was quite strongly pointing downwards and for me that was the area that I wanted to address the most was to really lift the tip of the nose and bring it way higher and not let it be tipping downwards.

So for this patient the first thing I did was place a little bit of filler right at the base of the nose which helps support the nose from tipping downwards when the patient is moving their smile, they're moving their face, smiling and so it brings the tip of the nose a lot higher. Then I place a little bit of filler right at the tip of the nose where I want the light to touch it to really give that lovely gorgeous contour and give it that perky look. Finally I put a little bit of filler right at the top of the nose just above the bony bridge to mask that bump and make it look a lot straighter and smoother so when you see it all together it looks lifted, perkier and a lot cuter.
