Hey, so today I have an absolutely gorgeous patient who is coming to the clinic because her eyes feel a little bit dehydrated, it's looking a little bit tired and she really wants to get that little bit more lift and fullness in the eyes but without going down the teatrophila route. So we are using Juvederm Bowlight today. It's a lovely treatment for the right type of patient that gives a really nice full layer of hydration and you only need one treatment.
This one I would say is actually quite nice, it's quite low maintenance. One session is enough to carry you through six to nine months, sometimes even a year and how I like to do it is starting right from the front right into the medial area and going all the way around even including the side area where I would usually place anti-winkle treatment just to really blend it through. It's actually fairly straightforward, safe treatment.

### Are Profhilo and polynucleotides painful?

A numbing cream can be applied beforehand if you would prefer, and your practitioner will always talk you through it.

### Is there any downtime?
