Patients in their 40s are stuck in the middle. They don't know if they want to go for a full-on facelift or they don't know if they want to do absolutely nothing. The problem isn't so bad, but there is a problem that's weighing them down.
Patients in their 40s find that their face is feeling heavier, they look tired, and they don't know why. Patients in their 40s start to lose that contour. You start to see the fat pads really depleting.
And so they lose that lovely young fullness that we see in our children. The second thing is that their skin is starting to change. There is dehydration.
They might be starting in early menopause. That's not something to be neglected. That's something to be taken seriously and future-proof them that they feel comfortable in that second journey that they're going through.
And so patients in their 40s, you're absolutely right, it's about education. It's about educating the patient what's going on with their face and how we can now target all those changes and keep them looking like themselves, not overdoing it. So I would say in your 40s, it's definitely about introducing regenerative treatments, but it might be about introducing treatments that are going to be collagen stimulators, as well as a little bit of volume in areas where the volume has been depleted.
And these things can massively improve a patient's confidence. And just remind them, you know, you don't have to look like an alien. You don't have to look like you've had so much treatment done.
You just look like yourself. You don't have to look like yourself.
