VIP Membership terms and conditions

1. Membership overview

The Wellface VIP Membership is a loyalty programme designed for our valued clients, offering exclusive access to premium treatments, discounts and benefits. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these terms.

2. Membership fee & term

• The monthly fee is £190, payable by direct debit or recurring card payment.
• A minimum 12-month term applies from the date of sign-up.
• After 12 months, membership renews monthly unless cancelled with a 30-day notice period.
• Memberships cannot be paused or suspended unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g. a long-term medical issue), subject to approval.

3. Included treatments

Members are entitled to one treatment every month (i.e. 12 treatments per year) from the following list:

• Bespoke Hydrafacial
• iS Clinical Fire & Ice Facial
• Keravive Scalp Therapy
• Body Hydrafacial
• Tone Muscle Stimulation & Contour (face or body)

Treatments must be pre-booked and redeemed within the same 1-month period; unused treatments do not roll over unless agreed in advance in writing.

4. Member benefits

Members receive:

• 10% discount on treatments and products, including: Morpheus8 (face, neck & body), BBL (Forever Clear, Forever Young & SkinTyte), microneedling, exosomes, medical-grade skincare, Tone Muscle Stimulation & Contour, anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and skin boosters
• 4 x skin analysis per year
• A complimentary birthday treat (treatment or gift may vary annually)
• Invitations to exclusive VIP events
• Access to child-friendly appointments during school holidays

5. Booking & cancellation policy

• Bookings of your VIP treatments will be organised by the Wellface team.
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be forfeited.

6. Payment terms

• Payments are taken monthly in advance.
• Failed payments may result in membership suspension until resolved.
• Membership benefits are only valid while payments are up to date.

7. Termination & cancellation

• Early termination during the 12-month term may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining 12 months’ balance.
• After 12 months, members may cancel with 30 days’ notice in writing via email to [email protected].
• Wellface reserves the right to terminate any membership for misuse, abuse of benefits, or conduct affecting staff or patient wellbeing.

8. Liability & treatment suitability

• All treatments are subject to medical consultation and practitioner approval.
• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, an alternative may be offered where appropriate.
• Results vary between individuals. No guarantees are provided.

9. Other terms

• Wellface reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• All personal data is processed in accordance with Wellface’s privacy policy.
