Dermal fillers in Wimbledon

The full filler menu, without the trip into town

There was a time when doctor-led filler meant a Harley Street address and half a day lost to getting there. Our Wimbledon clinic exists to end that trade-off. Minutes from the station on Wimbledon Hill Road, it offers the complete Wellface filler repertoire, from cheeks and jawlines to lips, tear troughs and non-surgical rhinoplasty, delivered by doctors on a timetable built for working London. Appointments fit inside lunch hours, results are measured with photographs rather than adjectives, and the diary runs into the evening because yours does.

A menu, not a mystery

Filler pricing here is deliberately plain. Dermal filler is £435 per syringe wherever it goes: cheeks, jaw, chin or the lines around the mouth. Lip enhancement starts at £250 for a 0.55 ml syringe. Tear trough treatment and non-surgical rhinoplasty are £600. Every figure includes your initial consultation and a complimentary review two weeks after treatment, so the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at the desk. If your plan spans several areas, your doctor prices it in full at the consultation, before anything is agreed.

Built for busy diaries

The clinic runs evening appointments until 8pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturdays until 5pm, because a treatment that needs a half day off is a treatment you will keep postponing. A first filler appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes, the placement itself around 15, and there is no real downtime: results are visible immediately and settle fully over two weeks, while you get on with the fortnight. Photographs are taken before and after, so progress is judged on evidence rather than impressions.

Assessment before anything

Your doctor maps your face before proposing a plan: where volume has genuinely gone, which features carry the change, whether the line that bothers you is best treated directly or by restoring the structure above it. Smile lines, for example, often improve most when the cheeks are treated first. The assessment, the photographs and the doses all stay on file, which makes every future appointment a refinement rather than a fresh guess. It is the same discipline that runs through every Wellface clinic, applied here at London pace.

What it feels like

Less than you fear. The skin is cleansed and numbed before treatment, and most Juvéderm fillers contain lidocaine, so the sensation is closer to firm pressure than to pain. Afterwards there may be some swelling or bruising at the injection sites; it settles within a week or two and conceals easily with makeup, which is why so many clients book mid-week and carry on entirely as normal. If needles worry you, say so when booking: the pace of the appointment adjusts to you, not the other way round.

How long between visits

Lips typically last around six months; cheeks, jaw, chin, tear troughs and rhinoplasty hold for around 18 months, and regular clients often find results lasting longer still. In practice that means one or two planned visits a year for most people, each starting from your records rather than from scratch. Your two-week review is already in the diary before you leave, booked by our concierge team around your commute.

Cautious by design

If you are hesitant about filler, you are exactly the client this clinic was designed for. Doses are conservative by policy, results are reviewed against photographs at two weeks, and because Juvéderm is hyaluronic acid, the treatment is dissolvable with hyaluronidase should you ever want it undone. The doctors here would rather send you home undertreated and top you up for free than let a face leave the clinic overdone. Restraint is not a compromise here; it is the house style, and the reason results keep looking like nature intended.

Getting to Wellface Wimbledon

Between the town centre and the Village

We are at 44 Wimbledon Hill Road, a few minutes’ walk up from Wimbledon station with its National Rail, District line and tram connections. That proximity is the point: before-work consultations, lunch-hour placements and post-commute reviews all work here in practice, not just in principle.

Clients reach us from Wimbledon Village, Southfields, Raynes Park, Putney and the neighbouring postcodes of south-west London. In Surrey? The same treatments run at our Cobham flagship, and Dr Yasmin offers fillers personally in Esher.

Dermal filler is £435 per syringe, lip enhancement from £250 for 0.55 ml, and tear trough or non-surgical rhinoplasty £600. Consultation and a two-week review are included in every price.

Until 8pm from Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Saturdays, so filler appointments can happen after work rather than instead of it.

The clinic is at 44 Wimbledon Hill Road, SW19 7PA, a short walk from Wimbledon station and its National Rail, District line and tram links. Southfields, Raynes Park and Putney are minutes away.

Cheeks, jaw and chin, lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, tear troughs and the nose via non-surgical rhinoplasty. Your doctor will advise which combination actually serves the change you want.

Very little. Numbing cream is applied before treatment and most Juvéderm fillers contain lidocaine, so clients typically report mild pressure rather than pain.

Immediately, with the final result settling over two weeks as any swelling resolves. Your complimentary two-week review is timed to judge the true outcome and refine it if needed.

Lips last around six months; cheeks, jaw, chin, tear troughs and rhinoplasty around 18 months, often longer with regular treatments. Most clients settle into one or two visits a year.

Yes. Juvéderm is made from hyaluronic acid, which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if ever needed, one of the key safety advantages of the fillers we use.
