What it does that a gym session cannot
A gym session is limited by what you can recruit voluntarily. HIFEM+ energy is not: it induces deep muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through voluntary exercise, which is the reason the treatment exists at all. Running alongside it, synchronised radiofrequency heats the tissue in the treated area and induces fat cell apoptosis. So you are working on muscle and local fat at once while lying still. None of this replaces your training, your nutrition or any medical weight management, and Emsculpt Neo is not a weight-loss treatment. It adds to what you already do.

All of them come from the clinical studies behind the device, and they describe averages across groups of people, so they are a fair indication and no more. Individual results vary, and a result measured on one body area cannot automatically be applied to another. A course that fits a working week
BTL describes a typical course of four 30-minute sessions, usually 5 to 10 days apart, so the diary is the first thing to plan. Each appointment is booked as 45 minutes to allow for set-up. The clinic runs until 8pm from Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays, so sessions can sit after work or at the weekend. A session is £350 and six are £1,995, and your practitioner will confirm what suits you before you commit. What we screen for, and what else may help
Pregnancy and implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers are key exclusions, and BTL also warns against treatment with metal implants. Tell your practitioner about an IUD, breastfeeding or recent childbirth, a hernia, recent surgery, heart or neurological conditions, reduced temperature sensation, cancer, fever, infection or injured muscles. Temporary redness, discomfort and cramping can occur, and RF can cause overheating or burns, which is why screening, positioning and monitoring matter.
