A refined nasal profile after non-surgical rhinoplasty at Wellface Wimbledon
Non-surgical rhinoplasty in Wimbledon

Change the profile, keep the diary

Surgical rhinoplasty asks a lot of a Londoner: consultations, an operation, and a recovery that swallows weeks of working life. The non-surgical version asks for a single appointment at our clinic on Wimbledon Hill Road. Filler, precisely placed by a doctor, straightens bumps, lifts tips and balances profiles in fifteen to forty-five minutes, with the result looking back at you from the mirror before you leave. For the commuters and professionals this clinic was built around, that arithmetic is usually the whole decision. Your doctors here are Dr Yasmin Tayeb, Dr Yosra Albeyatti and Dr Hannah Sunley.

A close, careful facial assessment before treatment at Wellface Wimbledon

Immediate, visibly

This is one of the few aesthetic treatments with no waiting for the reveal. A gel-like filler is placed beneath the skin in precise, pre-planned areas, including the bridge, where it settles into the deeper layers and holds its shape. The change is there the moment the placement finishes: a smoother line, a lifted tip, a straighter profile. Photographs taken before and after document it, and your two-week review confirms it once early swelling has gone. For a treatment so often booked around events and photographs, that immediacy is half the appeal.

The profile checklist

After analysing the symmetry, bridge and tip of your nose, your doctor can use filler to:

  • Smooth a bump along the bridge
  • Lift a drooping or heavy tip
  • Raise the height of the bridge
  • Improve overall symmetry and balance

If your goal is outside that list, your doctor will say so at consultation; honest scoping is half the value of seeing a doctor rather than a salesperson. Each goal uses a different placement plan, mapped before any filler is drawn up.

A rehearsal for surgery, if you want one

Plenty of Wimbledon clients use this treatment as a rehearsal. Considering a surgical rhinoplasty but unsure? Filler previews the shape for months before you commit to something permanent. Already had surgery and want a small refinement? Minor adjustments happen in one visit, without another operation. Either way you keep your options, your budget and your recovery time, and the result itself is semi-permanent, lasting from around four months to three years, with a free top-up at your two-week review if it needs perfecting.

Before you come in

Preparation is simple but specific: skip caffeine, high-sodium and sugary foods for the two days before, avoid blood thinners and anti-inflammatory medication for two weeks, and arrive fed and hydrated. Wear a top with buttons or a zip so nothing drags across your nose when you change. Our concierge team runs through all of it when you book, so nothing relies on your memory of a web page. It is two minutes of admin for a noticeably smoother appointment.

Comfort and the appointment

A topical anaesthetic is applied before treatment, so the procedure itself should not hurt. The whole appointment, including assessment and numbing, runs 30 to 45 minutes, with the placement portion taking about 15. There is no real downtime: most clients head straight back into their day, with only a day or two of possible mild swelling or redness to manage and evenings until 8pm making the scheduling painless. Photographs before and after document the change for your record.

The first 48 hours

Aftercare is short and strict. Do not touch the area for 24 hours, sleep with your head elevated, and keep away from vigorous exercise and direct sunlight while things settle. Any bruising usually clears within a week or two and conceals easily with makeup. Your doctor reviews the result at two weeks, and because the treatment is filler-based, it carries filler’s safety margin: adjustable, reviewable and never a one-way door. Most clients describe the aftercare as the easiest part of the whole decision.

Frequently asked questions

£600 per treatment, with your initial consultation, a two-week review and a free top-up at that review if required all included in the price.

The whole visit runs 30 to 45 minutes including assessment and numbing, with the placement itself taking about 15. Many clients fit it inside a long lunch.

Immediately. The result is visible in the mirror before you leave, with mild swelling settling over a day or two and the final result confirmed at your two-week review.

We are at 44 Wimbledon Hill Road, SW19 7PA, a short walk up the hill from Wimbledon station with its National Rail, District line and tram links.

Very little. Avoid touching the area for 24 hours, sleep with your head elevated, and skip vigorous exercise and direct sunlight while it settles; mild swelling or redness lasts a day or two.

From around four months to three years depending on the individual, and typically up to 18 months. The result is semi-permanent, which many clients consider a feature rather than a flaw.

No; filler adds precise volume to straighten and balance rather than reduce. Your doctor will assess honestly at consultation whether your goal is achievable without surgery.

Nothing is lost. Many clients use the filler result as a preview of a surgical outcome, and the experience gives you and any future surgeon a far clearer brief.
