Skin peels in Wimbledon, resurfacing on your schedule.
Chemical peels at our Wimbledon clinic near the station, from £150. Twenty to thirty minutes in the chair, honest guidance on downtime, and evening appointments until 8pm.
Fresher skin, mapped to a working week
A peel is one of the few treatments where the question is not whether it works but when to have it. Our Wimbledon clients plan peels the way they plan everything else: against the diary. The appointment itself takes 20 to 30 minutes, the skin flakes lightly for a few days afterwards, and then the fresh skin arrives, so the trick is placing those phases where your week can absorb them. Our practitioners are straightforward about all of it, from which peel your skin needs to which day of the week to book it.
Twenty minutes, properly used
The appointment is short but nothing about it is casual. Your skin is assessed first, then the chemical solution is applied in careful layers, left for a precise duration and neutralised. You feel a mild tingle and some warmth for a few minutes, and the whole visit takes 20 to 30 minutes, which is why so many of our clients treat it as a lunch-hour appointment and are back at their desks before anyone asks where they went.
Four peels, four jobs
Wimbledon runs the full Wellface peel menu, and each earns its place differently. The OBAGI Blue Peel Radiance, £150, is the gentle salicylic option and a natural first peel. Fire & Ice, £200, is the resurfacing peel with a red-carpet reputation. The ZO Skin Health Stimulator and Restorative peels, £270 each, bring medical-grade formulation to texture and renewal, with the Restorative as the milder of the two. Which one you need is settled at consultation, not by the menu.
The honest downtime
We would rather you plan for the truth than be surprised by it. After a peel the skin looks pink and feels tight, similar to mild sunburn, followed by light flaking over a few days as the new skin surfaces. None of it is dramatic, but if you have a client dinner on Thursday, we will suggest the right day to book. Evening appointments until 8pm from Monday to Thursday make it easy to let the first hours pass quietly at home.
Depth, chosen deliberately
Superficial peels, built on alpha-hydroxy and beta-hydroxy acids, refresh the outermost layer and suit first-timers, radiance and mild pigmentation. Medium peels, often using trichloroacetic acid, reach deeper wrinkles, acne scars and sun damage. Deep peels penetrate the middle layer of the skin and are reserved for significant concerns, always planned carefully at consultation. The right answer is the shallowest peel that will actually do the job, and that is the answer you will get.
Courses, spaced a few weeks apart
One peel delivers a noticeable glow, which is often exactly enough before an event. Pigmentation, melasma and acne scarring respond best to a course of three peels spaced a few weeks apart, each round building on the last. Course pricing runs across the menu: three Blue Peel Radiance sessions for £375, three Fire & Ice for £570, and the ZO Stimulator and Restorative courses at £729 and £405 respectively. Your practitioner will map the schedule against your calendar.
Who holds the brush
Every peel in Wimbledon is performed by our expert practitioners, guided by our doctors. Rumyana, the clinic’s Senior Therapist, brings extensive Harley Street experience across advanced skin treatments, and Kitty looks after facials, skin treatments and aftercare across our clinics. If you are not sure a peel is the right starting point at all, the free 15-minute skin scan reads what is happening beneath the surface first, and the recommendation follows the evidence.

Frequently asked questions
Twenty to thirty minutes from start to finish: assessment, careful layering of the solution, a precise wait and neutralising. Many clients book it as a lunch-hour appointment.
For a few hours the skin can look pink, like mild sunburn, and over the next few days there is light flaking as new skin surfaces. Book against your diary and the process passes largely unnoticed.
Superficial peels use AHAs or BHAs on the outermost layer, ideal for radiance and first-timers. Medium peels, often TCA-based, reach deeper wrinkles, scars and sun damage. Deep peels treat significant concerns and are always planned carefully at consultation.
The OBAGI Blue Peel Radiance at £150, the Fire & Ice resurfacing peel at £200, and the ZO Skin Health Stimulator and Restorative peels at £270 each, all including your initial consultation.
Work backwards from your week: allow a few hours for pinkness and a few days for light flaking. Evening appointments until 8pm from Monday to Thursday let the first hours pass at home.
A course of three, spaced a few weeks apart, gives the best cumulative results for pigmentation and scarring. A single peel still delivers a noticeable glow if that is all your diary allows.
