okay guys so this is why whenever I do anti-winkle treatment I always do it lightly with any anti-winkle treatment whatever you put in you can't take out and that's why we always act a little bit more conservatively when we start I always do a lower dose when we start so that at the two-week review which is offered to every patient we have an opportunity to top up balance and make sure it's perfect for the way patients want to see themselves it's not just about how I want the Botox to look or how I want the face to move it's also about how the patient feels comfortable looking at themselves in the mirror that they still feel like themselves in the way that they move and interact with others and so this is a perfect example John has come in we did the first round of treatment always working a little bit conservatively two weeks later we top it up make sure it's perfect and then I'll see you in approximately 12 weeks time ish for the next round awesome
