Simone is the senior therapist at Wellface, with over a decade of experience in skin. Here she introduces herself, the treatments she offers and why the patient journey matters most to her, covering Morpheus8, Hydrafacial and the celebrity-loved Fire & Ice Facial.

Hi guys, I'm Simone and I'm the senior therapist here at WellFace. I joined WellFace when I needed a bit of a change in my career. I've been working in London for over 10 years and I wanted to experience a different area, different demographic and be a little bit closer to home.
And it's a fantastic clinic that offers so many amazing treatments where it's going to push me to the next level. What I love the most being at WellFace is working with an incredible team of women who support each other every day and always trying to make each other be better. I don't actually think I've got one particular treatment that I could choose that I love the most, but what I do love the most is the actual journey that you go on with a patient.
Like from coming in, being really low in their confidence, having loads of concerns with their skin and then sending them six months later to a year just seeing the progress of that journey and just walking out of their shoulders a little bit further back, heads a little bit higher and just feeling like way more confident in themselves. Like that's the bit that I love the most. I love the most.
