Once a year. Like I was saying, every patient is different. Once we've done those three sessions, we've done it for the year, we all age the year after, so we have got that collagen depletion, but we're seeing actually with all the maintenance, we put you on a maintenance schedule, as you know with all the treatments I do.

When you're on a maintenance schedule, shall we book you in once every four months and you come and see me seasonally and we do one session, or do you want to block it out where you do another three? If you've had massive improvement, actually maybe once every six months is enough for you. So it becomes more bespoke because you've already banked so much collagen, you've already had such a good response and we can take it from there.

But I would definitely recommend if you haven't had the treatment, and even for myself, I'm doing three sessions. We want to get the maximum result and then see where we go after that.
