Advice I would give to patients in their 30s who are looking to future-proof their skin, but also maintain that health and confidence that they can feel is just ever so slightly starting to slip away, is definitely, first of all, a little bit of skin boosters, really getting that hydration back in the skin. Because at 25 years old, we already know we're losing that natural hyaluronic acid. We need to refill that tank.
We need that patient. They'll come in at 30 years old saying, I'm drinking so much water. I have my Stanley mug, but it's not going into my skin.
It's not because the hyaluronic acid tank is smaller and it's getting depleted. We need to increase the tank capacity that when you drink that water, it starts to show up in your skin. So that's a treatment that I love.
It's simple. It's easy. It's straightforward and it's safe.
It keeps you looking lovely and natural. A little bit of anti-wrinkle treatment is definitely something I love because in 30s, patients in their 30s do find that they're frowning a little bit more. They've got way too much stress going on in their life and it's beginning to show on their face.
With a little bit of muscle relaxant here and there, we can lift those eyebrows, bring that smiley face back at the forefront. So when they're out in public, they don't have resting bitch face, but instead they look really welcoming. They look really good when they have it.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I've had patients being like, people are approaching me now.
Yeah. You know, I'm looking really approachable and welcoming. I'm like, honey, that's my treatment.
Yeah. You know, and that's really important because when you go out in the world and the way you are projecting yourself and people are responding back to you in a positive way, what more do you want? The well-faced effect.
The well-faced effect. And of course, you cannot neglect good quality skincare, but I'll answer that in a moment.
