Ageing Starts Deeper Than You Think: Why Wrinkles Are the Last Sign, Not the First
Most people think ageing begins with wrinkles, but Dr Bianca Coveva explains that a wrinkle is really the last sign, not the first. The face ages in layers, from bone and fat to muscle and skin, and a truly natural, refreshed result comes from treating each one in the right order. Here is how the process works and why a layered, doctor-led approach matters.

Most people think that ageing starts with wrinkles, but what if I told you that's where it actually ends? Our faces are built up of layers, and it's the layers going from deep to superficial that actually show ageing. Our bone changes shape over time, our fat pants descend with gravity, our skin becomes more lax and saggy, and that's when the wrinkles start to appear, not at the beginning.
So when we think about treating the face, we have to treat each layer individually in order to give you the most natural refreshed result.
