right guys so how do you keep patients looking natural how do you make sure that you're naturally enhancing them and you're not going OTT now I've spoken about this once before probably need to talk about it again about how patients can very easily lose themselves within this industry and forget what they originally looked like and we do have patients who come in every year saying oh I think I'm due for another round of fillers you're very unlikely due if we got to the point that we wanted to get you out and we've got everything in harmony and everything in balance then it doesn't need to be redone every single year it's only when there is a deficiency that we need to top something up but we don't need to start again and from scratch especially when it's we just kept it ticking over so the things that I would say patients go overboard with probably lips and cheeks are the biggest thing so cheeks whenever patients feel like they're looking tired they want more and more put in their cheeks and there's only so much that your filler can lift in the cheeks before it just starts getting too big and there's no more lift actually being achieved the second thing is lips so lips are absolutely gorgeous they can make patients look younger more contour they can bring a lovely focus into the patient's face it's absolutely gorgeous when done correctly but if you overdo the lips where patients end up having a ledge on the top of their lips they start not really knowing where to put their lipstick because there's too much filler all over the place or when the lips look too big for the rest of the face and you start to lose well actually what was the patient's original ethnicity what was the patient's original look those are the things that actually become a bit OTT
