The Best Part of the Job: Trust, Confidence and the Human Side of Aesthetics

Jasmine? Yes? What's the favourite part of your job?
I would say my favourite part of the job is meeting so many different patients, all with different backgrounds, all with different faces, and different things that concern them. And I feel really honoured when a patient has been through such a difficult journey with serious medical conditions, and then they come into the aesthetic industry and they stay very nervous and sometimes very low, and you feel honoured that you can guide them through that process and actually make a difference to their self-esteem by the end of it. And we have had a few patients like that, and it really is lovely for both parties.
It's lovely for them, it's especially lovely for me to be part of their journey, to be entrusted to help them with that part of their journey and improve their self-esteem and their aesthetics on the outside. And it's lovely, that probably is one of my favourite parts of the job and it really stays with me after I've done the treatment.
