I would definitely say the ethos of our clinic is about maintaining and enhancing a beautiful natural look and it's not about getting that immediate before and after and that drastic change it's about all the things and all the layers of the face that you can improve that when you look back at six months ago and one year ago you can really see the difference that's taken place so improving the skin quality that the skin is beautiful it's glowing it's a beautiful color and it's seamless there's no pigmentation the lines and wrinkles are softer but the movement is still natural and that goes the same for even fillers so lots of patients might look amazing in a snapshot or a particular angle after they've had their fillers done but when you see them in action you can see that there's something that looks alien in their face and it's really important again to do the right quantity in the right location at the correct depth and blend that filler that it should look like it was always supposed to be there it should look seamless and it should really look like a part of the patient's face and not when they're moving it looks like it's separate to their face and it's not moving with the rest of them so these things are really important when you put them all together you
