Your 20s are the ideal time to build great skin rather than chase it later. Dr Yasmin Tayeb explains the doctor-led approach to prevention, from HydraFacials and skin health to minimal anti-wrinkle treatment, and why small, consistent habits pay off more than dramatic intervention down the line.

If you're in your 20s, you're really going to want to hear this. It's not about overdoing the world in your face. And it's also not about neglecting your face just because you're in your 20s.
It's about future-proofing it. So, for example, coming in for regular hydrofacials is going to keep the skin beautifully well-stimulated and really nice and clean. But also, at the age of 25 years old, we start to lose 1% of our natural hyaluronic acid every single year.
So, by the end of our late 20s, you can really see that the tired eyes are beginning to show up. Patients start to look more dehydrated. They start to see those changes in their skin that were never apparent before.
So, coming in for a good consultation and saying, look, this is what you need to future-proof your skin. This is what you need to complement and supplement your skin to stay nice and healthy. It's just small little bits of good quality habits that are going to build up over the future.
And then you don't need so much. So, actually, you're working way more efficiently than neglecting it all and then coming in later on in your later years and then trying to gain everything back. And, you know, what's the word?
Trying to mask all the damage that happened before.
