This is the one skincare tip you need but you might never have heard of. So many people are put off from starting a vitamin A, so a retinol or a tretinoin, because they're worried about the side effects. They can include redness, dryness, flakiness and peeling.
But it doesn't have to be that way. If you pick the right product and apply it in the right way over the right amount of time, then you can have the most gorgeous results without the downtime. So we recommend it's clinical because the retinol is encapsulated.
Therefore, it's held in this little ball until it's delivered to the right layer of the skin where it can start working. And I also recommend to start low and slow. So you start by applying your retinol once a week.
You then bring it up to twice a week and so on. Gradually building up until your tolerance means you can have it on every night and not have any side effects.
